This category corresponds to unique coffees, with defined and particular characteristics in the cup, which will vary in intensity and combination, depending on the sector where they were produced, in this category we can also find some processes such as honeys, natural, prolonged fermentations, etc.
From 83 to 84.99 points in the cup, under the SCA cupping protocol. This category is a more specialized coffee, which can be from a single productive sector of the country or several at the same time.
